Rachoene Inc Attorneys Inc is a 100 % black owned and managed law firm with a level 1 BBBEE rating.It began operating as from the year 2000, at Groblersdal,Mpumalanga moved to Polokwane in 2003. The firm has expended and transformed over the years and it was incorporated in 2013.

We are situated a stone throw away from the Polokwane High Court, Magistrate and Regional court , Family advocates,Office of the State Attorney , Master of the High Court. DeedsOffice is only 10 min away from our offices.

Accounting Systems

At presesnt we use the Legal Suite Accounting Module for the purpose of a proper administratin of accounting matters and engage in tendering statements to clients on regular basis in accordance with agreements

We have an opened door to negotiate with client and in regard to a fee structure that will be acceptable to a client and to ensure that a client ‘s reasonable requirements are complied with.

Mr Sydwell Kukele Rachoene

CEO and Co-Founder

Mr .Rachoene obtained both B.Uris & Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of the North. He served his articles in the firm Mankoe & Magabane Attorneys & worked as a proffessional assistant in that firm. He specializes in Motor Vehicle aAssurance, Personal Injuries, Medical Negligence claims, Environmental Matters,  Civil Litigation Labour, Contracts & insurance Litigation, He was appointed as a member of valuation Board at Greater-Marble Hall Municipality from 2002-2003 & 2004-2006. He was also appointed as a member of Tax Board in Limpopo Province from  2008 to 2018. He was admitted on the 17th June 1999, He is in Possession of right of appearance of the high court

Mr. Maloka Khomotso Thopane

Senior  Associate

Mr. Maloka Khomotso Thopane Clearance completeed his LLB Degree with the University of Limpopo in the Year 2009.He attended & Completed the school for legal Practice at Polokwane school in 2010. He is curently a senior  associate in the firm. He is responsible for debt collection, Civil litigation, Draftin of contracts , Late Estate matters, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury Claims & Other various lega;l matters. He has represented Capricorn District Municipality, GAAL, Road Accident Fund ,Fetakgomo Municipality Among others. Admitted as an Attorney on the 30th January 2012, He is further in possession of a High Court’s Right of Appearance
